Selling

Valuation

We use recognized valuation methods (comparative, income and replacement value) and take into account current market data from the region. Our initial valuation is free and without obligation.

Yes, our initial valuation is completely free and without obligation. You receive a well-founded assessment of the current market value of your property.

Financing

As a rule of thumb, we recommend at least 20-30% of the purchase price as equity. The additional costs (approx. 10-12%) should always be financed from your own funds.

We work with experienced financing partners and can refer you to a suitable advisor. The financing consultation itself is provided through our partner banks.
